At the Jonathan Foundation, we know that Christmas is much more than a date; it is the promise that hope exists, even after the greatest losses. Inspired by the legacy of love of her son Jonathan, our founder, Katy Avilés, invites us to transform pain into the purest warmth for the 500 most vulnerable families in Quito.

The Operation Christmas to the Rescue Campaign

Our goal is to ensure that no child or teenager goes without a gift under the tree and that no elderly person suffers from cold or lacks basic necessities this holiday season.

We are calling on the community to join a rescue mission to collect essential items that will make the difference between a Christmas filled with dignity.

We urgently need your help with donations of:

• Toys (new or in excellent condition)

• Food (non-perishable)

• Diapers (for children and adults)

• Candy, cookies, and sweets

• Clothing (clean and in good condition, for all ages)

• Wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers (new or used but in working order)
